Responsibilities

Responsible for employee learning and development (L&D) to assist SCF in achieving its corporate objectives

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences

Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments

Qualification

Required

Two (2) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in training, vocational, occupational, career counseling, adult education, Human Resources, organizational development, or related field

Two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Program Coordinator II or equivalent

Have one (1) ATD Essential certificate, or equivalent, within one (1) year of hire

Two (2) additional years of education or equivalent combination of education and experience in training, vocational, occupational, career counseling, adult education, Human Resources, organizational development, or related field; OR demonstrated proficiency as an L&D Associate I at SCF

Two (2) ATD Essential certificates, or equivalent
