Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms
Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement
Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models
Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts
Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies
Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses
Preferred
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
