CAI Software, LLC is seeking an EDI Consultant to manage end-to-end implementation of EDI systems within manufacturing environments. The role involves troubleshooting EDI-related issues, working with various partners for EDI message onboarding, and integrating EDI with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Full end to end implementation experience in EDI systems and integrations with manufacturing environments

Experience in a large-scale EDI project and working with multiple Partners for on-boarding EDI messages

Experience with mapping tools and scripting for EDI transformations

Strong working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), communication protocols (FTP, AS2, VANs) and mailbox setup

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues across inbound and outbound documents in a timely manner to work cross functionally with business users, technical developers, and external trading partners

Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems including familiarity with tables, business functions, and document flows

Exposure to integration technologies such as Open API, REST, and JSON is a plus

Knowledge of Angular Framework/DevExtreme and Azure DevOps is also a plus

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities and achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

Availability to travel to customer sites and work a flexible schedule (when necessary)
