Responsibilities
Primary/secondary IT point of contact relating to SAP and other system functions supporting Trade Promotion planning, optimization & execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Interaction Services and related Analytics
Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve system issues related to business system processes, setup & data
Monitor and handle the integration between SAP CRM/TPM and other SAP and non-SAP applications
Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to design, configure, test & deploy solutions that effectively fulfil business requirements
Keep up to date with latest trends and solutions in these areas to further enhance and improve our solution portfolio
Participate in implementation projects, upgrades & enhancements
Assist in ensuring that processes and operations comply with corporate policy, IT policy and SOX General Computer Controls
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting system solutions in one or more of the following SAP functions: Trade Promotion Management, Sales and Pricing, Condition Contracts, Claims & Settlement Management
Working knowledge of SAP CRM
Participated in full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge or certifications working with ITIL/ITSM methodologies
Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
Knowledge of SAP 'best practices' for implemented modules
Strong ability to assimilate knowledge of SAP and other systems and see them as a collective whole
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required
Preferred
Exposure to one or more of the following areas: Analytical tools such as SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI, Exposure to data warehouses and data lakes, Functional and system integration with other functions including Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing, System security, authorization and access control, Trade Optimization and Revenue Growth Management Solutions
Advanced degree(s) or related certification(s) are nice to have
