Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing media team; oversee recruitment, coaching, and retention
Develop and present strategic media plans and POVs; ensure quality and innovation
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and retail partners
Drive process improvements, workflow efficiency, and deliverable quality
Grow client relationships and support business development opportunities
Manage departmental vision and investment plans (human capital and tools)
Serve as a retail media evangelist, educating clients and internal teams on best practices
Oversee budgets up to $60MM and manage 10–12 clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
10–15+ years in digital advertising, with strong programmatic expertise
3–5+ years in leadership roles managing media teams
Expertise in programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr)
Advanced targeting, analytics, and attribution modeling
Proven ability to mentor teams and manage large budgets
Familiarity with AI and automation in media strategies
Preferred
Master's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
