Responsibilities
Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices
Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators
Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life event processing
Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations
Work closely with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end benefits administration
Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams
Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits
Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions
Understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), plan structures, eligibility rules, and data exchange requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration and testing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project team environment
Preferred
Workday HCM – Benefits certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
