Responsibilities
Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads
Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish
Willingness to obtain/renew a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing training course)
1+ year of Sales experience
Professional office experience
Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Active Property & Casualty license nice to have
Insurance sales or service experience nice to have
Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting nice to have
1+ year experience working in a call center environment nice to have
