Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following through on other warm lead sources

The Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers

Required

High school Diploma or equivalent

Property & Casualty license (active or expired)

1+ years of experience in P&C Insurance sales or service

Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish is required

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well independently and on a team

Precise verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Multi-carrier or multi-state quoting experience a plus
