Account Manager / Client Partner
The Plumtree Group Global is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is critical in ensuring clients maximize their investment in Launchpad's AI-powered platform by overseeing the complete client journey from onboarding through ongoing success.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding process for new Launchpad customers, ensuring smooth transition from their previous platforms
Develop customized 90 day plans tailored to each client's industry, size, and specific requirements
Coordinate with GHL (GoHighLevel) experts to configure and optimize all platform features including but not limited to:
CRM setup and data migration
AI Virtual Assistant configuration
Conversation AI customization
Workflow automation development
Social media and content AI setup
Reputation management integration
Website visitor tracking implementation
Facilitate seamless data migration from HubSpot and other platforms
Deliver platform training sessions to ensure clients are proficient with all features and capabilities
Partner closely with GHL technical specialists to fulfill complex client requirements and custom automation needs
Translate client business objectives into technical specifications for our development and configuration teams
Coordinate with AI specialists to optimize each of the 7 AI employees for client-specific use cases
Oversee integration projects with third-party tools and existing client systems
Quality assurance testing of all implementations before client handoff
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to ensure clients are achieving desired outcomes
Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Proactively identify expansion opportunities for additional features, users, or upgraded plans
Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues in collaboration with technical support teams
Develop and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals
Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities for clients to leverage additional AI employees or premium features
Present quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales team on upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Collect and document client feedback for product development and improvement initiatives
Maintain high client satisfaction scores and retention rates above company benchmarks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving retention/growth
Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience highly preferred)
Familiarity with marketing automation and business process optimization
Experience onboarding clients to complex software platforms
Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies and their business applications
Proficiency with GoHighLevel platform or similar all-in-one marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
Comfortable with data migration and platform configurations
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
Client-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Collaborative approach to working with technical teams and specialists
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
Experience with AI/automation platforms and understanding of AI agent capabilities
Previous experience in digital marketing or business automation
Certification in GoHighLevel or similar platforms
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Background in consulting or solution selling
