The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in multi-family apartment maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of apartments and common areas, responding to service requests, and performing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regards to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc
Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log
Completes regular community inspections
Responds to resident service requests and concern within 24 hours
Performs on-call emergency service as required
Works along with general maintenance staff in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free of trash and debris
Monitors the maintenance and keep-up of all mechanical equipment on the community including, but not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, etc
Attends and participates in training programs as requested
Assists with and attends community sponsored resident activities and functions
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables
Replaces faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in leadership, staffing and planning
Minimum requirement of 5 years in multi-family apartment maintenance
HVAC/CFC certification
HVAC experience
Ability to work with plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting and appliance repairs
Must have your own basic tools
Reliable transportation
