Revel Media Group is transforming business communication through digital signage, and they are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Client Success. This role involves building the Client Success organization, designing the department, and overseeing systems to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Build the Client Success organization, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers
Design the Client Success department, establishing necessary people, processes, and technology for effective service
Define client service tiers, develop onboarding programs, and set success metrics to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
Oversee Revel's Client Success systems, guiding platform selection and optimizing workflows for client engagement
Report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and manage a small team, expanding to three direct reports within 12 months
Handle on-call responsibilities as needed to address critical client escalations or product launches
Be available during peak periods, including client onboarding, major product deployments, and quarter-end reviews

Required

Experience in building and leading a Client Success organization
Strong strategic and execution-focused leadership skills
Ability to design and implement effective client service processes
Experience in defining client service tiers and developing onboarding programs
Proven track record in setting success metrics to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
Experience overseeing Client Success systems and optimizing workflows for client engagement
Ability to manage a team and expand it as needed
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Support, Product, and key accounts
Willingness to travel up to 15% for client meetings
Availability for on-call responsibilities during critical client escalations or product launches
Availability during peak periods including client onboarding, major product deployments, and quarter-end reviews
