Director, US Sales Direct Enterprise

US Claro is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and grow their US Direct Enterprise sales team. This role is focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers while driving pipeline generation and achieving quotas through hands-on leadership and team development.

Responsibilities

Carry a personal quota and participate in closing strategic enterprise deals alongside your team (approximately 30–50% of your time in direct selling activities)
Recruit, develop, and support a team of 5–8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on new-logo acquisition
Design and execute a territory strategy that exceeds annual new-business targets
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practices (Salesforce)
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to win complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Coach team members using proven enterprise sales methodologies, executive storytelling, and negotiation strategies
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and win rates
Represent the company at industry events and in executive-level meetings with prospective customers

Required

8–12+ years of enterprise SaaS/technology sales experience
3–5+ years successfully leading a new-business enterprise sales team to exceed quota (experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data/analytics, developer tools, or IT services preferred)
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
Expertise in enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling
Proven ability to forecast accurately and maintain CRM discipline
Experience selling IT staff augmentation, professional services, or contingent workforce solutions is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings, team events, and industry conferences

Preferred

Experience scaling new-business teams in high-growth environments
Second-line leadership experience is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
