The Quality Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the Quality Director in implementing quality management systems and ensuring the integrity of manufacturing processes and products, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements
Participate in the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, including investigation, documentation, and resolution of quality issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools and methodologies
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address product or process non-conformities
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality control measures into manufacturing processes
Conduct supplier quality audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits, including ISO compliance checks
Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and performance to the Quality Director and other key stakeholders
Stay current with the latest quality assurance trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in quality management practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with quality improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems
Experience in conducting quality audits and supplier evaluations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively across departments
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to drive improvements in quality
Organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Continuous learner, open to adopting new techniques and methodologies in quality management
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred
