Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies targeting both municipal utilities and industrial clients across the Americas
Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities through EPCs and direct relationships in industries such as desalination, mining, power, oil & gas, and food & beverage
Conduct needs assessments, present custom solutions, and manage complex procurement and sales processes from lead to close
Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, project managers, and procurement leaders
Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred) or a related technical field
5+ years of sales experience in water/wastewater treatment or capital equipment, with a focus on municipal and/or industrial markets
Proven ability to close complex, consultative sales with long sales cycles
Experience working with EPC firms and an understanding of their project drivers and decision-making processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting
Willingness to travel within the U.S
