Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
Assists provider with procedures and properly maintains equipment before and after procedures
Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve the desired patient outcome
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, or military equivalent is required
LPN IV Cert - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location upon hire is required
IV Certification - IV certified upon hire or within one year is required
Basic Life Support within 90 Days
Driver's License - valid and in state is required if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes upon hire
