TowneBank is dedicated to maintaining immaculate grounds at their headquarters campus. The Facilities Landscape Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for various landscape maintenance tasks, including inspections, trimming, and working with vendors to ensure the grounds are well-kept.

Banking

Responsibilities

Daily buildings, grounds, and parking-lot inspections

Blowing sidewalks and driveways as needed

Spot pressure-washing on campus

Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include hedge trimming, weed spraying, weed removing, replacing plants and flowers

Work with our landscaping vendor and irrigation vendor

Assist with off-campus grounds as needed

Handle routine maintenance on all bank owned equipment

Handle seasonal plantings on campus

Other related duties as assigned both on and off campus

40-hour week Monday through Friday, with rare after-hours work supporting special events on campus or to make-up hours that were lost due to inclement weather during the week

Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank-Secrecy Act (BSA)
