Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries with speed and professionalism, provide detailed product information and pricing, and effectively resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Drive sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions, and actively work to grow your book of business

Develop strong relationships with key accounts, managing larger quotes and ensuring all customer needs are met and expectations exceeded

Work closely with other departments, including customer service, logistics, accounting, marketing, and warehousing to deliver a seamless customer experience

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and progress within our CRM system

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs through strategic sales initiatives and excellent account management

Focus on warm leads with a high potential for conversion
