Lead cross-functional planning and shape the company’s long-term roadmap
Navigate evolving regulatory frameworks
Support FP&A with forecasting and scenario planning
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team
Qualification
Required
Experience in utilities, oil & gas, infrastructure, or construction finance
Experience in regulated environments or supporting capital-intensive projects
Strong financial modeling skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Sharp communication skills with stakeholders, including investors
Ability to operate independently and self-motivate
Ability to influence without needing to manage directly
