Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities
Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes
Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership
Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations
Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential
Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
Conduct client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits as needed
Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility

Required
