New Grad, Entry LevelSpace City Home Network is seeking an Ad Sales Client Services Coordinator to join their sports sales team in Houston, Texas. This role involves supporting the Ad Sales team with various client needs, including inventory management, order entry, and coordination with production and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in the day-to-day operations of local sales including but not limited to inventory management, order entry, order management and ratings information
Work with Creative Department on asset generation for client needs
Coordinate with production on the running of all elements and assets for on-air execution
Manage asset grids including live games, magazine programs and virtual signage
Work with the Local Sales Manager on new sales initiatives to present to the sales staff
Coordinate with team partners on marketing assets for live games
Communicate with the programming department for marketing reads and social media engagement for client needs
Work directly with the local sales staff on client order management and presentation materials
Manage sporting event tickets for client distribution
Work with research software to develop sales strategies for both local and national clients
Manage new client activity list and prospecting list for all local Sales needs
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate with relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree in communications/journalism or like field preferred
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
Proficient in use of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent personal and communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
Preferred
Experience in the sport media space is preferred
