Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including hot water, DX, chillers, cooling towers, fan systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls
Conduct equipment inspections, start-ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
Provide technical training and support to clients and team members
Identify opportunities for new services and solutions
Travel within the assigned territory (Dubuque to Waterloo, Burlington, Grinnell, eastern Iowa, western Illinois, Missouri to Minnesota)
Maintain accurate service records using company laptop and mobile systems

Qualification

HVAC system diagnosisEPA CertificationHot water systemsVRV/VRF systemsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

HVAC system diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
Hot water systems
EPA Certification
5 Years of HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Physical capability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces

Preferred

Experience in industrial or commercial settings
Expertise in VRV/VRF systems
Daikin equipment experience
Refrigeration service experience
Technical training
