Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B

The Plum Tree Group is an award-winning interactive agency dedicated to designing and building customized digital products and solutions. They are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads in the US market through various outreach methods and book discovery calls for the sales team.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential B2B prospects, decision-makers, and target accounts
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to spark interest
Qualify leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings for Account Executives
Maintain organized records of all outreach activity, pipeline data, and KPIs in the CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Continuously test, optimize, and innovate outreach strategies for higher conversion rates
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for qualified leads and demo bookings

Required

Minimum 2 Years (B2B Sales – US Market)
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport
Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Outreach.io, SalesLoft)
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently meet targets

Preferred

Bonus: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts
Bonus: Previous exposure to GHL (Go-High Level) or other marketing automation tools
Experience with GHL (Go-High Level) is preferred
Experience of booking demos for SaaS products or CRM platforms
Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification
A proactive mindset and results-driven approach to outreach
Experience or certification in GHL (Go-High Level)
