InsureOne Insurance is part of Confie, one of the largest privately owned insurance agencies in the United States. They are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant who will handle inbound leads and consult with clients to design customized insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads

Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage

Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers

Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management

Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision

Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture

Required

High School Diploma

Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish

Willingness to obtain/renew a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing course)

1+ year of Sales experience

Professional office experience

Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Active Property & Casualty license nice to have

Insurance sales or service experience

Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred

1+ year experience working in a call center environment
