Responsibilities
Build a robust book of business by quoting and binding policies
Close new sales through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following up on warm lead sources
Meet the following monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 60 New Accounts, 80% Minimum Customer M3 Retention on New Business, 80% Ready Rate, 90% Task Completion by Due Date
Develop strong relationships with clients and assess their needs to provide customized insurance solutions
Collaborate with team members virtually to deliver a white-glove experience to clients
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Property & Casualty license
2+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales
Proven ability to close new business, retain existing clients, and cross-sell additional lines of business
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a virtual team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Commitment to delivering a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Adept at navigating insurance technology platforms, including CRM Systems and Carrier Portals
Skilled in leveraging internal knowledge base and Carrier resources to resolve client inquiries and support business operations efficiently
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience with Commercial Lines
Multi-carrier experience
