Responsibilities
Identify risks and constrains, contingency plans and test deliverables
Test all software releases, including new features, enhancements, and fixes for bugs and defects
Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
Develop, release, and maintain manual and automated test procedures
Work across teams and coding platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Archibus
Perform and document exploratory testing results
Test STIGs for functionality on IT systems
Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
Report status of test cases to project leads
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and deadlines
Support customer UAT events
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related discipline. In lieu of BS degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required; MS and PhD degrees may also be considered for additional years of experience
Six (6) years of experience in Software testing, to include designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures
Experience with automate software testing processes, and conducting software performance analysis
Experience with conducting white-box testing, black-box testing, end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing
Performing of QA documentation (test cases & scenarios, RTM) and bug documentation in ticket tracking system
Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD government security clearance
