Preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies

Communicating with attorneys and clients

Completing forms

Gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications

Required

At least 5+ years of experience as a paralegal

Prior business immigration experience

Strong PERM experience

Excellent computer skills

Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate

Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office products

Experience using INSZoom
