Senior HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

Leads highly complex projects throughout their lifecycle, managing significant complexity and impact
Independently leads project tasks, collaborates with leaders on complex issues, and serves as a resource for other team members
Establishes relationships and becomes trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements and drive towards business goals and objectives
Conducts data analysis, builds models using data mining and statistical tools such as excel to develop project stories and establishes key objectives using data and insights
Synthesizes quantitative analysis and effectively communicates findings
Builds analytical models utilizing both financial and non-financial data
Uses broad financial analysis and business knowledge to influence management decisions
Utilizes a logical approach to problem-solving by participating in strategy discussions with leaders, developing innovative solutions to key business issues, demonstrating an understanding of business issues, and delivering actionable recommendations
Prepares and presents the results of analysis and recommendations to business and project leaders
Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement; gains buy-in from key stakeholders on business-critical priorities
Creates accurate, high-quality, and timely deliverables
Performs all other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications and software
Requires understanding and application of qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
Requires the ability to analyze and evaluate data and identify patterns and trends, as well as formulate recommendations
Requires strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership
Requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner

Preferred

Experience with ADP Lyric is preferred
HR professional certification
Experience working in an architecture or engineering firm
