Responsibilities

Process Principal Series 6 applications (mutual fund and registered annuities) daily and follow up on all pending applications that require further paperwork and/or documentation updating computer systems and records as required
Provide support for representatives and members including taking calls, mailing/faxing forms, researching questions/concerns
Assist Registered Representatives, members, and clients with questions concerning suitability, regulatory processes, and procedures
Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating MWAFS Operations Section Procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree
Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 26 within 180 days of hire, and 51 within one year of hire

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work across all U.S. jurisdictions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
