Execute UAT scenarios based on real operational workflows
Validate eligibility determinations, case actions, and outcomes
Provide business feedback on usability and functionality
Document issues and support retesting
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working in or supporting benefits, eligibility, or case management programs
Execute UAT scenarios based on real operational workflows
Validate eligibility determinations, case actions, and outcomes
Provide business feedback on usability and functionality
Document issues and support retesting
Preferred
Experience in SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care, or similar programs
Background as an eligibility worker, supervisor, analyst, or contractor
Comfortable working in test environments and documenting results
