Responsibilities
Accurately assemble multi-component parts to specification with no failures
Participate in all assembly stages—from scheduling to final inspection
Maintain focus on quality while meeting deadlines
Must have excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination
Maintain a clean, organized workstation including tools, benches, and floors
Follow shift changeover procedures for cleanliness and setup
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Support job completion by adapting to evolving priorities and requirements
Work with QA to meet quality standards and communicate them to the team
Adhere to job-specific requirements, including clean room protocols
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
Preferred
Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting (preferred)
Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures (preferred)
