Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries

Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions

Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges

Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional

Required

Proven success in sales and relationship management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement

Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and good driving record

Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English

Sales-minded experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule

Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions

Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary)
