General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties

Resident inspections

Cleanliness and appeal of the property

Completing work orders

Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping

Assist with Property Turn

Qualification

HVAC certificationApartment maintenance experienceGeneral maintenanceSafety awarenessCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Ability to use hands and fingers

Ability to speak, see, and hear

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to walk and climb stairs

Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate

Preferred

2+ years apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience preferred

HVAC certification preferred
