Responsibilities
Helpdesk assistance to expose intern to a wide range of issues that we solve
Projects includes but not limited to:
Replacement of infrastructure at all IN sites
Tenant migration with newer affiliate, Maple Knoll Communities
Migration of all user’s personal home folders to Microsoft OneDrive
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or related degree
The ability to work 40 hours a week, onsite
Passion for caring for seniors with industry interest
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
