Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutional clients, including pension plans, endowments, insurance companies, and other relevant entities within the US and Canada

Actively engage in client acquisition efforts, including direct outreach, attending roadshows, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Leverage a strong network of institutional contacts to drive immediate business opportunities and expand Patria’s footprint in the region

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across private markets and alternative investment products, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and fixed income

Provide strategic insights and analytical expertise to support business growth and client engagement

Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, ensuring a well-established reputation in the industry

Required

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in institutional sales within financial services or asset management, with a focus on US and Canada institutional segment

Proven track record as a results-driven professional with the ability to craft strategy and execute hands-on client engagement

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of private markets and alternative investment products

Extensive connections within the largest institutional clients across the region, with a robust network that can be activated immediately

Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently

Willingness to travel extensively as required

Expert knowledge in alternative investments and private market solutions

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required
