Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes for the AI/Innovation group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with company policies
Maintain, execute, and follow up on operational activities in alignment with global and regional objectives, as set forth by Director, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and programs across the AI/Innovation group
Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
Partner with internal stakeholders across business operations, HR, IT, and other functional groups to support and execute strategic initiatives
Identify and manage relevant collaboration partners within divisions, functions, and operational units
Lead and assist with managing complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and resource allocation
Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements through stakeholder engagement, and positive and productive project management contributions (including but not limited to partnership with PMO, OCM, CI, and more)
Act as a liaison between the AI/Innovation group and other departments, ensuring communication around operational priorities, project updates, and process changes
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals
Ensure adherence to all company policies, including the Employee Manual/Handbook, Code of Conduct, Electronic Information Policy, HIPAA regulations, Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement
Participate in regular company meetings, reporting, and compliance activities as required
Perform other job-related duties as assigned in accordance with Cook Medical standards and expectations
Meet deadlines for administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements in a timely manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required
7+ years of successful, extensive, and proven experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional relationship management required (with 3+ at Cook Medical strongly preferred)
Strong business execution and project management skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead organizational change
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to model company standards and drive team cooperation
Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and driving operational efficiencies preferred
