Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation
Experience with litigation involving first party property claims
Experience with UM/UIM claims
Experience with Pennsylvania bad faith law
Experience with coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
Excellent litigation skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent persuasive speaking skills
Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings
Preferred
Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
Admission to New Jersey is a plus
