Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Map current-state business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend future-state solutions leveraging native D365 functionality (minimizing customization)
Change Management: Collaborate with project managers on change management activities related to D365 updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth user adoption
Data Integrity: Work closely with data teams to ensure data migration and ongoing data integrity within the D365 environment, focusing on master data management
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between end-users, management, and the technical D365 development team
Training: Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions for end-users on new D365 features and optimized processes
Travel: Up to 20% travel to support end users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE) a strong plus
Strong documentation, testing and analytical skills
Highly driven, intellectually curious and detail oriented: an innate need to research and explore
Strong communication, business and leadership skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in documenting functional specifications and process diagrams
