Qualification

PTPTA degreeState licenseManagerial experienceAcute care experienceNethealth proficiency

Required

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PT or PTA)

Hold a valid state license

At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required in LTC/SNF setting

At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Proficient in Nethealth (position will require treating and administrative functions)
