Responsibilities
Assemble and wire control panels, MCCs, and related equipment
Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Pick, stock, and organize parts and materials
Provide feedback to improve production processes and efficiency
Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in control wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Skilled in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
AutoCAD experience
a valid driver's license
