Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
Provide engineering support to business/production units
Developing, managing, and coordinating projects and team activities
Manage perishable tooling inventory
Estimate production times and related costs
Test and evaluate perishable tooling to provide cost savings
Qualification
Required
BSME, BSMET, or BSMEE required
Gathering and analyzing information skillfully and developing solutions
Increasing productivity and improving quality
Leading efforts to build a continuous improvement culture
Achieving monthly and annual goals
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Excel software
Experience with SAP software systems
Experience with set-up reduction techniques
CNC programming
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Managing finances within budget
Providing leadership in maintaining union-free status
Following policies and procedures to support organization's goals and values
Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, working environment
Routinely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
