Responsibilities
Provide phone, email, and chat support to efficiently resolve customer issues
Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working towards solutions
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through professional communication
Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on practical experience
Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus
Exceptional written communication skills and a charismatic phone presence
Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Preferred
Experience with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
Basic understanding of SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership over work
Active listening skills and empathetic customer advocacy
