Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments
Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances
Serve as a resource and technical support for the team
Effectively communicate with the office
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to diagnose and repair home appliances
Ability to lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the office
Critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
Efficiency in completing repairs
Punctuality and reliability
Attention to detail in work and reports
Desire to share knowledge and skills with other technicians
Preferred
Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair
