Business Systems Analyst - I
North American Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will provide comprehensive support for business systems and end-user technology. The role involves reviewing and maintaining business systems, developing technical solutions, and assisting users with hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities
Monitors, logs, prioritizes, and dispatches support calls utilizing the IT support center software
Performs troubleshooting, identifies issues, and resolves technical problems with PC-based hardware, software, and assigned business systems for end-users
Participates in on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve systems issues
Performs moves, additions, and replacement of user equipment
Installs new equipment and performs hardware upgrades, including device imaging and configuration
Performs and/or assists with the implementation of software rollouts, patches, and upgrades
Maintains test environments and plans/coordinating testing and upgrades for supported applications
Maintains and supports core ERP, MES and business applications; develops and maintains reports, workflows and automations
Performs user requests for development, system authorization, and data access
Maintains up-to-date expertise in assigned business applications and systems
Utilizes the Change Management process for system and application updates
Creates and maintains technical support documentation
Verifies software licensing is maintained to ensure legal compliance
Works with Corporate Training to address end-user training issues; develops training materials and/or conducts training sessions
Participates in and supports team projects and other duties as assigned
Supports IT security initiatives as directed by management and company policy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline plus 0–2 years of related work experience
Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline plus 2–4 years of related work experience
High School diploma or GED plus 4–6 years of related work experience
Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
Familiarity with one or more application development languages
Proficiency in standard business software
Technical understanding of OSI Model, networking principles, and TCP/IP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Organization, prioritization, planning, and project management capabilities
Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels and maintain composure under pressure
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
Supporting ERP, MES, and other business applications, as well as PC-based hardware and software
Working with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Android, and Linux
Using SQL Server and writing structured query language (SQL) scripts
Using Azure cloud services (Office365, Power BI, Power Apps, OpenAI Studio)
