They are seeking a highly skilled API Integration Technical Solutions Support Engineer to support the migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API, requiring technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Provide high touch technical support with strategic clients to facilitate the migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API
Manage relationships with a portfolio of Partners with senior internal and external stakeholders
Design support solutions to complex customer challenges and recognize patterns that can be reused by other Partners
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
Communicate pre-migration assessment, flag detected errors and migration-related issues
Work with Business Development, Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to upgrade top clients’ integration and make tools requests required to improve processes and performance
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus
Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design
Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging. Coding skills required
Proficiency in SQL for managing and analyzing data
Proven project management skills, with experience in managing complex technical migrations
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience with Shopping APIs is a huge plus!
Language: Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese & Japanese is appreciated
