They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for interpreting customer technical data, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical expertise to production teams.

Responsibilities

Interpret and convert customer technical data for Data Bus, RF, Point-to-Point wire harnesses to manufacturing documentation for building high quality products
Problem solves and troubleshoots internal production or customer design issues
Recommends corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability
Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures
Provide technical expertise or support to production teams

Qualification

Aerospace ManufacturingSOLIDWORKSAutoCAD3D modeling softwareMilitary SpecificationsAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

3-5 years' experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Experience in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software
Knowledgeable in industry drawing standards and Military Specifications
Possess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Programs

Preferred

Hands-on experience with aerospace harness design, electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment
Experience working with program requirements, equipment performance specs, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection
Communicate in a clear and concise manner effectively across multiple levels
Be team-minded and ready to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural, fast-moving, and complex/technical environment
Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
