Provide excellent customer service
Lease apartments
Assist with bill and invoice entry
Collection of rent
Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements
Identify and implement creative programs for residents
Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area
Lead the social media marketing efforts
Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be
Qualification
Required
Available to work weekend
Previous Apartment Leasing experience required
Preferred
Experience with Entrata preferred
