Responsibilities

Design compelling visual assets, such as sales collateral, insights reports, event handouts, website content, etc

Consistently apply Garner’s brand identity to visual assets, including logo, typeface, colors, and illustration style

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and ensure deliverables meet the needs of the business

Manage Garner’s brand guidelines and templates, including supporting periodic updates to brand elements

Continuously improve processes through the use of new design techniques and tools

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in graphic design, slide design, or a related visual content creation role

Proven ability to communicate key messages through creative and visually compelling assets

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage high volume of inbound requests and prioritize time accordingly

Knowledge and experience using software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Slides
