Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of novel digital phenotyping platforms using technical expertise

Support research to optimize and scale implementation of digital technologies

Implement efficient methods for data flow from farm to computing resources, including on-premises (edge computing) and/or cloud computing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts in genetics, animal science, supply chain, to execute and integrate new phenotyping systems

Communicate results and provide technical input to management and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making

Stay current in evolving landscape of artificial intelligence and its application to precision livestock farming and digital phenotyping

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS Office suite as well as other relevant software platforms, including Python, scripting, and SQL databases
