They are looking for a Data Analyst/Capital Markets Intern to assist the Investment Management team with various responsibilities, including conducting research, analyzing market trends, and supporting financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting detailed research and analysis on capital markets trends, regulatory developments, and industry benchmarks

Assist in the execution of various financial transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuances, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), and equity offerings

Assist in preparation and reviewing of financial documents, prospectuses, offering memorandums, and other relevant materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements

Exposure to the due diligence process by assisting in conducting financial modeling, valuation analyses, and risk assessments

Help monitor and evaluate the performance of capital market investments, providing recommendations for potential improvements

Assist in the development of investor relations strategies, including investor presentations and communication materials

Exposure to market conditions, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds
