Presales Strategy & Program Lead

Responsibilities
You will lead the consolidation and development of the pre-sales area within Orange Business IT, shaping its strategy and operations
You will build the architectural vision for the pre-sales area, consolidating business needs to deliver the best tooling and experience adapted to those needs
You will ensure strong interlinking of pre-sales activities with CRM, CLM, and marketing tooling to optimize customer engagement and sales effectiveness
You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders with Orange Business
You will leverage your functional knowledge, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive market solution adoption and enhance pre-sales delivery
You will manage and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve IT capabilities and support pre sales performance
Qualification
Required
Demonstrating strong expertise in pre sales systems, B2B telecom, and IT leadership, with a solid track record in managing large-scale transformation programs
Strong knowledge of AI powered pre sales capabilities and tooling within the industry
Experience in program management methodologies
Applying Agile and ITIL practices while managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing strategic budgets
Navigating complex organizations and fostering cross-functional collaboration at international scale
Ability to design and implement an IT vision
Communicating effectively in English and engaging global developer communities
Understanding ODI architecture, TMF eTOM framework, and Open API standards to ensure interoperability and future-ready design
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Computer Science, IT, or a related field — with a Master's in Business or Engineering preferred
Accumulating 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry, including working with cross-location teams
Leading executive stakeholder engagement and budget ownership for at least 3 years
